Priya bought her first duplex at 24 with money she'd saved from a corporate consulting gig. By 28 she owned six rental units and decided to help other first-time investors do the same — starting her real estate career in 2018.
Her process is clinical: every property comes with a full underwriting model — cash-on-cash returns, IRR projections, capital reserve requirements, and exit scenarios. Clients leave knowing the numbers cold before they ever sign.
Priya runs a free monthly workshop for new investors at the Tampa Public Library. Her side passion is restoring historic Florida bungalows.
