He works almost exclusively in the urban core — Loop, River North, West Loop, Streeterville, Lincoln Park — and his clients are usually professionals trading up from a starter rental into ownership.
Marcus is a regular contributor to a local real estate podcast and is currently writing a guide to Chicago condo buying. He lives in Lakeview with his partner.
